The star marked the occasion with a dinner at Hakkasan, Beverly Hills, alongside her fiancé Matthew Masshart, her brother Jack and his professional dance partner on Dancing With The stars, Cheryl Burke.

Kelly wore her purple dyed hair in an elegant curled up-do, while she shone in a plunging sequinned dress.
She accessorised the dress with classic bright red lips and black peep-toe heels.
She covered up for warmth with a long black overcoat, while she also carried a statement handbag in the form of a calfskin Chanel vanity case from the brand’s latest collection.

It is not known if the arm candy, worth £2,205, was bought by Kelly or was given as a present.
But Kelly wrote on Twitter that she wasn’t expecting any extravagant gifts, writing: ‘Everyone keeps asking me what I want for my birthday! #honestly All I want is a drama free day of fun with my friends & family!!!!’
She also revealed that the location of the dinner had been planned as a surprise, writing: ‘Getting ready for my birthday dinner!!! I have no idea what tonight has in-store as is it has all been planned for me! Im getting excited!’

Dancer Cheryl Burke, 29, looked stunning in a monochrome leather illusion dress, while she also carried a gift for Kelly.
Kelly is currently one of the hosts of Fashion Police on E!, which has recently seen her dress up as Christina Hendrick’s character in Mad Men in a spoof Halloween episode.
