But Chelsee Healey and Charlotte Dawson suffered mutual sartorial fails as they attended Vogue's Fashion Night Out in Manchester on Thursday.
Evidently not having got the memo that the evening was supposed to be a chance for them to showcase chic ensembles, the pair opted for an epic fashion faux pas in tacky leather and thigh-high boots.
What would Anna Wintour say? Chelsee Healy and
Charlotte Dawson suffered mutual fashion fails in tacky leather and
thigh-high boots at Vogue's Fashion Night Out in Manchester on Thursday
Chelsee tried her best when it came to her outfit, paying reference to iconic French designer Coco Chanel with her monochrome 'Coco Made Me Do It' printed tee.
But the 25-year-old actress let herself down by teaming her fun top with a pair of eye-wateringly short black leather hotpants and over-the-top thigh-high boots.
The former Waterloo Road star accessorised with tacky gold chains around her neck and wore her raven locks flowing loosely around her shoulders.

feather-detail bolero

Meanwhile, Charlotte - the daughter of late comedian Les Dawson - opted for an equally dodgy ensemble for her evening out on the town, appearing to have taken inspiration from her pal in a plastic-looking pleather skater skirt and almost identical thigh-high boots.
Charlotte completed her somewhat OTT look with a dramatic feather-detail bolero and a positively gravity-defying beehive hairstyle, while opting for overdone make-up and fluttering false lashes as she hit the red carpet at the Ono Uno Fashion Show at Manchester's All Star Lanes.
But in spite of her fashion fail, Chelsee seemed excited at the prospect of hitting the town for Vogue's annual Fashion Night Out.

At least they got it right! Coronation Street
actress Debbie Rush and former Shameless star Rebecca Ryan were also in

Furry nice! Corrie's Brooke Vincent covered up in a faux fur gilet, a checked shirt and stylish thick-rimmed specs
Writing on her Twitter page in a series of posts, she said: 'I got goosebumps and butterflies right now! Vogue manchester has got the atmosphere in Manc on another level. Massive buzz in manchester city centre tonight! I LOVE it! #vogue #fashion #manchester.'
And the former Strictly Come Dancing star even seemed confident of the fact that love could be in the air.
She added: 'Got a feeling ima bump into my future husband tonight..... Or meet him.'

Vogue's Fashion Night out usually takes place in London, but moved to Manchester for the first time this year.
The annual sartorial extravaganza will see the city's shops, including the likes of Mulberry, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges, open their doors to offer pampering and unique shopping experiences to fashion fans.
