Bruce Jenner was conspicuously absent at AT&T Park in San Francisco on Monday night, and new reports claim it's because he wasn't invited.
Apparently the 63-year-old - who recently split from Kim's mother Kris - wasn't even aware that his step-daughter was getting engaged until after the rapper popped the question, family sources told TMZ.
Left out: Bruce Jenner was allegedly not invited
to Kanye West's proposal to Kim Kardashian on Monday night in San
Francisco, and apparently he was unaware his step-daughter was getting
engaged
According to TMZ, Bruce was the first person Kim called 'because she considers him her father.'
It's unclear why the Olympic gold medalist wasn't asked to attend.
He and Kanye have never had a 'real conversation', reported the website, and Bruce didn't approve of Kim dating the singer so soon after her marriage to Kris Humphris ended.
He could also have been excluded due to his separation from Kris.
She added: 'I get to marry my best friend!'
The New Slaves rapper, 36, asked Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, for her permission to propose before renting the baseball field out for $35,000 and hiring a 50-member orchestra for $50,000.
They performed his hit Knock You Down and Lana Del Ray's Young & Beautiful, before fireworks lit up the sky and the words 'PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!' flashed up on the scoreboard.

Sources say that while Kim had previously vowed to avoid yet another big wedding after her 72 day marriage to Kris Humphries ended in disaster, it seems she had a change of heart.
