But the former Spice Girl wasn’t showing off a previously undisclosed artistic skill.
The portrait was created by New York ‘latte artist’ Michael Breach, whose frothy doodles are so good that they're in demand the world over.

The downside of his work is that they rarely last longer than three minutes - the life-expectancy of the crema on top of a latte.
So Victoria had to be snappy when it came to posting her picture.
The image of her, based on a photograph, was created by Mr Breach in support of Macmillan’s coffee morning fundraising campaign, which is encouraging people across the nation to hold a fund-raising coffee morning this Friday.
He also created an image of adventurer Ben Fogle for the fund-raising push.

The artist told visualnews.com: 'I kind of want to be like Willy Wonka with coffee - make it interesting and fun for people. Take the pretentiousness out of it, take the seriousness out of it.'
Victoria Beckham was recently voted the nation’s most inspiring mother, fighting off stiff competition from a list of Hollywood film stars, TV presenters and royals such as Angelina Jolie, Holly Willoughby and the Queen.
The former Spice Girl and mother of four has been voted the most inspirational working parent having successfully carved a fashion career while juggling the upbringing of her large brood.
The 39-year-old recently commented on her duel roles as a mother and fashion designer, saying: ‘I don’t know how I do it. It is a juggling act. It’s no different for me than any other mum.
‘I get up very early and go through spelling tests and times tables tests with the kids like any working mum. But I have great people who handle my schedule…it’s difficult juggling working, having the children, and having a husband who travels.
'I do have a bit of help, I have a nanny, I can’t do it all myself…I’d do anything for them.
‘But I also love what I do. I think anyone who says it’s easy is lying.’
