And it would appear that his ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy could be his flavor of the month as he stepped out with her for the third time in less than a week.
The pair were headed to the X Factor studios in Los Angeles on Monday, and it looked as though Mezhgan couldn't have been happier.

Simon is expecting his first child with Lauren Silverman, who is in the process of divorcing her estranged husband Andrew Silverman.
It has been reported by the New York Daily News that Simon has now moved Lauren into 'a $26,500 a month New York apartment'.
Meanwhile, the judge had been earlier spotted with his other ex, Terri Seymour at the X Factor premiere party last week.
Mezhgan, a make-up artist, is currently working on the new series of The X Factor, which explains why the pair have been spending a lot of time together.

He said: 'That was a bit of a shocker. When you first get the call, it's like, OK, put the phone down, gulp. And then I got used to the idea.'
Referring to the fact that Lauren was still married to husband Andrew when news of her pregnancy broke, Simon added: 'It was kind of uncomfortable, you know, the situation. But these things happen and everything i kind of calm now and I'm happy.'

He also used the opportunity as a chance to hit back at disparaging rumours about his baby mama, Lauren - insisting she's not a gold-digger.
He added: 'I obviously can’t blame the media - it was kind of what I call a juicy story. But there was a lot of stuff that was said about her: that she trapped me and that she’s a gold-digger.
'It's absolute nonsense. She’s a great girl but, like I said, it was awkward because of the circumstances.'
