Lady Gaga revisits her former favourite hairstyle as she bids farewell to fans before leaving London

She is arguably the princess of reinvention, coming a close second to the queen herself Madonna.
But it seems even Lady Gaga has to return to an old look every now and again, which is exactly what she did when she left her hotel in London on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old pop star was spotted with a large bow in her hair – a look she regularly sported as far back as 2009 when she had her peroxide blonde hair.

However bringing her look up to date the Applause singer featured raven black locks and a blunt fringe, while accessorising the hair bow with two small sea shells.

 

Perhaps taking inspiration from Little Bow Peep Gaga wore a low-cut cream dress, which cinched in at the waist, featured plenty of ruffles.
And of course she teamed the surprisingly feminine dress with a pair of her favourite towering platform ankle boots.

As she left her hotel in central London the New Yorker was greeted by lots of fans – her little monsters – who she stopped to say hello to.
Bending over for pictures and to sign autographs Gaga gave away perhaps more than she intended to with her low-cut dress. 
When she got into her taxi, heading no doubt to the airport she tweeted a picture of herself holding a Peppa Pig which she had been given by a fan.

She captioned the image: ‘Thank You London for the hospitality, it was a true memory debuting my ARTPOP music in such a wonderful place.’
The pig was given to Gaga as she had playfully named her show on Sunday evening at Camden’s RoundhouseTheatre  #SwineFest.
The title was to celebrate her new song Swine, many fans donned pig noses and held up signs that said '#swinefest2013'.

The singer debuted tracks from her forthcoming album ARTPOP as she opened the iTunes Festival.
On Wednesday she released a minute long snippet of her new song Swine. The lyrics include, 'I know, I know, I know, I know you want me / You're just a pig inside a human body / Squeal, squeal, squeal... / You're just a pig inside, swine.'
She later added a few more Swine lyrics onto her Twitter account: 'Maybe I should have a little more / Just to stay out of my mind? / 'Cause it's when I'm not thinkin' with you / That I act like a swine.'
ARTPOP is expected to go on general release in the UK on November 11.
