The pictures comes just a few weeks after moving out of the house she shared with ex-boyfriend Scott Sinclair.
She posted the picture on her Instagram profile, adding: 'My week of getting organised. Still living out of boxes!'

The 23-year-old soap star was spotted leaving the Trafford Centre in Manchester with her sister Jessica, 20, on Friday, shortly after a nasty scrape in her £90,000 Audi R8.
The pair were casually dressed for the occasion, and proceeded to step into her slightly scuffed white Audi, keeping their heads down as they left the city centre.

After the accident on Friday, Helen tweeted: 'Just crashed my pride and joy' and a few hours later, she added, 'At costa getting my sister a herbal tea then as getting it spilt the whole thing and it was boiling and screamed the place down. Great.'
It was not long before she wrote another tweet to her followers which read: 'I’m such an embarrassment…'
Clearly feeling sorry for herself, she followed this up with yet another tweet: 'Loved up couple across me and I have my pasta salad FML.'

But the resilient actress did not let the incident get her down for too long, as she took her sister out to the cinema at the leisure complex and tried to not look too downhearted.
Helen dressed smartly in a white T-shirt, black blazer, tiny black shorts, sheer black tights and a pair of patent black shoes.
She scrunched her blonde locks into a messy top knot bun whilst carrying her beloved Burberry leather and fur bag, printed with black hearts.

The reality TV star wore little make-up, some lip gloss, a touch of mascara and light foundation for the sisters' day out.
To cheer herself up Helen also decided to getting a spray tan at Selfridges in Manchester the next day, on Saturday, but she didn't get the reaction she was hoping for.
She told her Twitter followers: 'Just had a 60min tan @fbbbmchester and getting in the lift this man went you look like one of those horses I've just seen at haydock park.'
Even that was not enough to get Helen's spirits down as later that evening, and clearly in a charitable mood after the couple of days she'd had, she was spotted handing over a crisp £20 note to two male beggars on the streets of Manchester.
She looked extremely happy on her evening out with a female friend.
Before heading into The Circle Club, on Barton Arcade, the two men stopped the Coronation Street 23-year-old star, and pleaded with her for some change.
One of the men even followed her down the street with a newspaper, and appeared as if he wanted her to read it, but by the end of the charade she took out the note and handed it to the men to share.

Helen looked sleek and sophisticated in a pair of dip-dye denim jeans, a black vest top and suit blazer.
She accessorised with a Burberry handbag, printed with black hearts and was clutched firmly to her chest, and wore a pair of peep-toe tan stilettos to complete her ensemble.

Helen wore lashings of pink lip gloss, black eyeliner to accentuate her pale blue eyes, and left her platinum blonde locks down and in loose waves.
Earlier in evening she had already visited Rio Ferdinand's restaurant, Rosso, and Neighbourhood, on The Avenue North, Spinningfields, before eventually reaching The Circle Club with her friend Olivia Naylor.

The 23-year-old who was voted the most attractive British candidate in 2013 FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll, was clutching firmly on to her friends hand all night and looked slightly wobbly on her feet arriving at the nightclub at around 2:30am.
After what seemingly appeared like a successful night out, Helen told her Twitter followers: 'My hangover isn't that bad.....'
Helen, who is soon to appear on new reality TV show Celebrity Super Spa, recently spoke exclusively to the MailOnline about people calling her stupid.

'I was clever at school and not to feel sorry for myself, but it kind of makes you lose your confidence a little bit when people are always saying you're stupid.
'I'd like to go to university, but I don't like it that people feel the need to ridicule me for it.'
