Victoria Beckham ditches the high heels to horse around with David as they take their sons riding

She is rarely seen without her dangerously high heels.
But on Monday Victoria Beckham ditched the fancy footwear in favour of sensible shoes to go horse riding with her family.
The Spice Girl turned fashion designer slipped on a pair of sandals which she teamed with a simple black tank top and ripped jeans.

The 39-year-old and her 38-year-old husband David took their three sons to a Los Angeles horse ranch for the afternoon.

The happy couple and Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, and eight-year-old Cruz were seen saddling up and going for a trek together.

It seems that the famous family are quite adept to riding and they all seemed to know what they were doing as they took the reins.

Victoria and David were also seen taking it in turns to snap photos for the family album as they proudly watched their sons.

It seems that little Harper, who turned two last month, stayed at home while the rest of the gang took a guided tour.

The family have a lot more time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures after David retired from professional football earlier this year.

But it seems that the hunky athlete isn’t going to be putting his feet up for too long.

According to sources, he has been written a part in Matthew Vaughn's new film and is on the brink of signing up to play a villain.

'Becks was asked by Colin Firth if he'd like to be in the movie but he is yet to fully commit,' a source told The Sun.

And if the footballer were to accept the offer then he would certainly be in good company as Samuel L Jackson has just signed up to appear as the film's villain, starring alongside Firth and Michael Caine.

The film is based on the graphic novel by Kick-Ass creator Mark Miller and is also set to feature a cameo from Elton John.
