Rihanna’s just loves showing her cheeky side on Instagram

With her latest album titled Unapologetic, it seems as though nothing is too risqué for  Rihanna to share with her fans.
And having wrapped up her Diamonds World Tour on July 28, the 25-year-old has found herself with some spare time to devote to her Instagram.
Anyone brave enough to peruse her social media would quickly notice a trend -- that being her affinity for sharing snaps of her backside.

On Friday alone, the brunette beauty posted four pictures (one is a collage of six images, so more like nine total) of herself in a bikini, offering up different angles of her slim figure.

Scrolling back another week reveals 38 images shared to her 9 million Instagram followers, all but 10 of those are of the Umbrella songstress in some variation on a swimsuit.

Image after image, the Disturbia singer offers a slice of life approach to her vagabond lifestyle, stepping foot in nearly every major city in the world for her sold out tours, popular music videos, fan-favoured photoshoots, and even just being on holiday.

It almost feels as though every destination the 25-year-old visits features a pool, beach or other body of water that just begs for her to slip into a two-piece or other barely there frock.

The snaps rarely feature captions or context and use little more than single-word hashtags such as '#barbados,' '#paradise' and '#wednesdayz' to explain the quick glimpses into her everyday life.

The Barbados-born beauty has every reason to be proud of her figure, even as she has  slimmed down considerably since she first came on the scene in 2005.

The video for Pon De Replay features a then 17-year-old Rihanna flaunting her much curvier figure in crop tops and jeans, which seemed risqué for the time, but has since led to her wearing less and less clothing.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar last year she jokingly addressed her weight-loss, blaming it all to naturally shedding her baby weight.

'I miss my ass. It just went away! I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it's not living up to it's full potential right now,' she joked.

Even as her physique has taken on a more womanly  figure, she's shown no fear with revealing her body to the world.

Her latest album, Unapologetic, features the singer wearing a pixie hair cut and little else as she covers up one breast with a forearm, the other hidden beneath a scribble of words.

She is seemingly naked in her latest music video Stay, lying make-up free in a bathtub  with with milky-coloured water acting as the only barrier to revealing her modesty.

Her Diamonds World Tour costumes left little to be desired as well, taking cues from the fashion world's current obsession with high-waisted hot pants, bustiers and sheer panelling.

Her personal wardrobe takes cues from these fashion statements as well. Her choice of formal wear at the Grammys in February was a modest yet eye catching Azzedine Alaia dress that featured a stomach baring panel -- noticeably conservative by her standards.

The popstar, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, is clearly proud of her unfiltered approach when it comes to connecting with her 30.9 million Twitter followers, which she often attributes to her Bajan upbringing.

'That comes from my culture,' she told GQ.

'That's just the way it's always been, and I think that for people, especially in America, they make it like the forbidden fruit, but that only makes kids more curious.'
