The pretty brunette wore a pair of busy patterned teal-coloured harem pants during the outing, keeping it simple on her upper torso with a plain white singlet top.

After releasing a workout DVD - Sexy Abs With Kelly Rowland - with The Hollywood Trainer Jeanette Jenkins in 2011, the celebrity trainer has been inundated with requests for Kelly's full-body workouts.
'The first DVD we did just focused on abs. Now I’m getting blown up by people: “I want Kelly Rowland’s arms! I want Kelly Rowland’s legs!”' Jeanette tells People magazine. 'Bottom line, is if I didn’t do this video I think somebody would be coming after me.'
To shoot the new video, Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt, Kelly admits to People that she did the entire workout 'for an hour, five days a week' in preparation.
