MICHAEL DAWSON expects Gareth Bale to remain at Tottenham this season — now that boss Andre Villas-Boas has spoken.AVB has reiterated the 24-year-old winger will stay put — and that is enough for Dawson.
The defender, 29, said: “Gaz is a Tottenham player and the manager has said he’s staying and that’s great news.
“Last year he was sensational and I’m sure he will be again next year.”
Bale has been linked all summer with big-money moves to Manchester United and Real Madrid.
But Spanish reports say Real realise a summer deal for Bale is unlikely.
