Kris Jenner gamely rides a unicycle on her TV talk show... despite her impractical dress

In hoping to make a success of her début talk show, it comes as no surprise that Kris Jenner is game for anything
So despite her somewhat impractical outfit of a knee-length bright pink dress, the Kardashian matriarch agreed to try her hand at riding a unicycle on Friday's edition of her programme.
The 57-year-old reality show star didn't flinch when offered the opportunity to sit aloft the tricky vehicle after a performance by studio circus guests the Ringling Bros.

Luckily, she got some much needed support to maintain her balance on the unicycle with two circus members holding her up.

'You guys are going to stand next to me thank God,' she said, before declaring: 'It's not that great an outfit for today. This is crazy. I can't believe we're doing this.'

Watched by co-host Joey Lawrence, she managed to wheel around for a few seconds before wisely leaving the task to the professionals.

Earlier in the show, the star, who has previously admitted to having a facelift before daughter Kim's ill fated wedding to Kris Humphries, had tape placed on her face by a beauty expert to demonstrate its effectiveness against frown lines.

Since the show began on July 15, Kris has received rather dismal ratings from critics who noted that her favourite topic of conversation was her family.

'The tone was set when Jenner started the show with a 10-minute story about the high drama surrounding the birth of Kim’s baby,' wrote The New York Daily News' David Hinckley.

'She didn’t talk about much on the first day besides her guests, her co-host and family. But then, really, what else is there?'

However, according to the Hollywood Reporter, the fame-hungry matriarch's inaugural broadcast beat out Katie, Steve Harvey, and Dr. Phil in Los Angeles. In Dallas, her Fox talk show topped Ellen, Dr. Oz. and Dr. Phil.
