The Big Brother housemates struggle with kinetic power and bra straps in the latest live action

With the contestants in the Big Brother house oblivious to the fact hardly anyone is watching, they are continuing about their days inside with gay abandon.
But that's not to say they aren't enduring hardships and difficulties along the way.
Indeed, just a day after Sallie was reduced to tears upon discovering she had stained her favourite blouse, more unexpected troubles have popped up inside the Most Famous House In Britain.

Release me: Charlie just couldn't get her bra off - but thankfully one of the twins was available to help her get unhooked

Charlie found herself in a pickle when she couldn't get her bra off as she prepared to go to bed - which would have been uncomfortable during sleep.
Fortunately one of the identical twins was on hand to assist.
Proving himself adept to the art of unclipping a bra, the young gentleman soon had Charlie freed and crisis was averted - much to everyone's relief.

Who likes short shorts? In other scantily clad news, Dan decided to hang out in just some shorts during the afternoon

But Jack (or Joe) isn't the only housemate helping out a fellow contestant as Dan has also been doing his best to support some of the girls.
As viewers of the show will know, certain appliances in the house can only be operated by generating energy kinetically.
While the outdoor shower requires a wheel to be cranked to heat the water, the bedroom appliances - hair driers and straighteners - need to be powered via cycling.

Relief: Thankfully Dan was on hand to help in the latest Big Brother house crisis

Sallie was distraught upon catching her own reflection in one of the mirrors and literally panicked at the sight of her unkempt hair.
But stepping in like an off-duty police officer/hero, Dan came to her aid offering to cycle to power the hair straighteners so she could sort out her locks.
Wearing just a pair of short shorts, the hunky dad-of-one peddled away as Sallie sorted out her hair - averting another disaster.

Elsewhere in the house, Wolfie was distressed and in tears after discovering Michael (the 'People's Puppet' - an actor posing as a contestant but actually acting as the hand of Big Brother) had some unsavory words for her.
During a task she was branded unattractive and unhygienic by the under-cover actor, prompting tears and, no doubt, a bit of self doubt.
While the fish loving blonde wept, she had other housemates at her side to offer comfort - most notably Callum who gave her a hug while wearing a blanket.

Of course Michael didn't mean to be so mean to his cohabitant - he was just under orders from Big Brother as he continues to cause trouble for the other contestants.
But then again, the other housemates do not know this and they are gradually beginning to trust him less and less.
But the beans are about to be spilled as Michael will be unveiled as an actor on the Friday night live eviction and asked to leave the Big Brother house.

Gina and Sallie are the first pair of contestants to face the boot as the contestants are to experience the debut eviction night of the series.
The housemate who received the least votes to be saved in the telephone vote will be asked to leave the show - before being interviewed by Big Brother hostess Emma Willis.
All the live action will be kicking off from 9pm on Friday on Channel 5.
