Sandra, who has been promoting her newest film The Heat, was seen leaving the Hotel de Rome in Germany's capital city with Louis nestled comfortably in her arms.

Last week the A-lister was glamorous in a sleek black gown to attend the London premiere of the action-packed comedy, which hits U.S. theatres June 28.

Sandra adopted Louis as a newborn in January 2010 and Melissa has two children, Vivian, six, and Georgette, three, with husband Ben Falcone.
'Having kids connected us on a deeper level,' Sandra recently told Parade. 'And the things we’re obsessed with outside of being a mom are the same, too.'
