But David Beckham couldn’t resist taking to the pitch again as he enjoyed a kick around with young players during a China Super League match between Hangzhou Greentown and Beijing Guoan in Hangzhou.
The 38-year-old delighted the youngsters as he showed off his fancy footwork on Saturday as part of his promotional trip to China proving exactly why he’s the country’s football ambassador.

Earlier in the day he was greeted by a hoard of aspiring footballers, all wearing their kit, as he arrived in a black Bentley.
