The Skyfall hitmaker already has the letter 'A' inked behind her right ear - which was thought to be a tribute to her baby boy Angelo, who she gave birth to last year - but the star popped into renowned tattooist Bang Bang's in New York City on Thursday for the new inking.
The Grammy Award winner flaunted the new body art in a picture posted on Facebook by Bang Bang with the caption ''The lovely Adele came in to get tattooed today.''
Adele is the latest in a long line of celebrities to visit Bang Bang Tattoos.
Supermodel Cara Delevingne recently had a lion inked onto her right index finger and then made a second visit to get her initials 'CJD' - the 'J' representing her middle name Jocelyn - etched onto the side of her right hand in italic writing.
Other famous customers have included Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Rihanna.
