Oscar winner Octavia Spencer snags another trophy in the shape of a $841,500 new home in California's Toluca Lake

She became world famous for playing Minny the maid in The Help but now Octavia Spencer has a beautiful home of her own to house all those acting trophies.
The 41-year-old Oscar winner has just bought a stylish Spanish style bungalow in Toluca Lake, California, for $841,500.
And Octavia will be thrilled with her new property which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is 1,714 square feet in size.

Property records reveal that Octavia - whose out-spoken character Minny was a favorite with movie fans - actually bought the property on April 23, 2013.
The popular star's new home is a classic gated Spanish style bungalow that was built in 1927 which retains its original charm but has updated systems and amenities.
The property boasts a massive basement, large formal dining room with spacious bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms too.
